Made when you order it
Every print in this store is made after you place your order — nothing is stocked. That keeps waste down, and it also means a returned print can't go back on a shelf.
Changed your mind?
We can't take returns or exchanges on made-to-order items that arrive as described. If you picked the wrong size or format, email info@lahacienda.media within 24 hours of ordering — if production hasn't started, we'll change it at no charge.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, send a photo to info@lahacienda.media within 21 days of delivery. We'll reprint and reship it free — no need to send the original back.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows your order never arrived, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll replace it.
Colors
Prints are made from the original scan and colour-managed on matte paper or canvas. Screens glow; paper doesn't. A print reading slightly deeper or warmer than your screen isn't a defect.
Devoluciones
Cada impresión se fabrica después de tu pedido; no tenemos inventario. Por eso no aceptamos devoluciones ni cambios en pedidos que llegan tal como se describen.
Si elegiste el tamaño o formato equivocado, escribe a info@lahacienda.media dentro de las 24 horas siguientes al pedido — si la producción no ha empezado, lo cambiamos sin costo.
Si tu impresión llega dañada, mal impresa o no es lo que pediste, manda una foto a info@lahacienda.media dentro de los 21 días siguientes a la entrega: la reimprimimos y reenviamos gratis, sin necesidad de devolver la original.
Si el rastreo muestra que tu pedido nunca llegó, contáctanos dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la fecha estimada de entrega y lo reemplazamos.
